Our snack of the month is one of them — and it goes all the way back to the beginning. Meet the Dumplings Trio at the China marketplace.
What it is
An assortment of pan-fried chicken, pork, and vegetable dumplings with a house-made sweet-and-spicy sauce — $7.35. Three dumplings, three fillings, crisp-bottomed from the pan-fry, and one sauce that ties the whole plate together. It's a genuinely good value by festival standards, and it's easy to split.
