Disney just released the 2026 dates for Disney Jollywood Nights, the after-hours holiday party at Hollywood Studios — and this year it runs longer than ever, stretching past New Year's into January 2027. If you've never done it, here's the short version: it's the dressed-up, lower-key counterpart to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. More cocktails, more Hollywood glam, a lighter crowd, and a date-night energy you won't find at the Magic Kingdom party.
The dates
Jollywood Nights runs 15 select nights from November 7, 2026 through January 5, 2027 — the first time the party has reached into January:
- November: 7, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28
- December: 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 23
- January: 3, 5
Each night runs 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM, and ticketed guests can get in as early as 5:30 PM — so you get a head start before the park closes to day visitors.
Prices and on-sale dates
Tickets are $169 to $199 plus tax, depending on the night (the closer to Christmas, the pricier). Kids ages 3–9 save $10, and Annual Passholders and DVC members save $10 on every event night. Two on-sale dates to circle:
- July 9, 2026 — early access for guests of Disney Resort hotels, plus the Swan, Dolphin, Swan Reserve, and Shades of Green.
- July 16, 2026 — everyone else.
Most nights sold out last year, so if you're staying on property, that early window is worth using.
The one-line version: Jollywood Nights is the holiday party for grown-ups who'd rather sip a craft cocktail in a sequined blazer than wait in a stroller line — Nov 7 to Jan 5, $169–$199.
What you actually get
The entertainment is the real draw, and the 2026 lineup is strong:
- Disney Holidays in Hollywood — a Muppets-hosted variety show (Kermit and Miss Piggy) at the Theater of the Stars.
- The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along with Jack Skellington at the Hyperion Theater.
- Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! — the fireworks-and-projection spectacular on the Chinese Theater, exclusive to the party.
- Glisten! — a championship ice-skating show set to a holiday soundtrack.
- Themed party zones — an Echo Lake '90s/2000s throwback bash, a Pixar Disco dance party, and the Twilight Soirée cocktail lounge in the Tower of Terror courtyard.
- Jazzy Holidays at the Hollywood Brown Derby — a limited-capacity jazz-and-cocktails lounge (reservations recommended; booking details expected this fall).
There are also 20+ character meet-ups — returning names include Chewbacca, the Mandalorian and Grogu, Mike Wazowski, Edna Mode and Frozone, Max Goof as Powerline, and Stitch dressed as Santa. Disney says new-for-2026 characters are still to be announced. Your ticket also covers PhotoPass downloads from the night and shorter waits on the rides that stay open.
The honest take
At $169–$199 a head before food and drinks, this isn't a cheap night, and most dates sell out. But if your idea of holiday magic skews more cocktail party than cookie decorating, Jollywood is the better pick for a certain kind of guest: it's calmer than the Magic Kingdom party, the entertainment is genuinely excellent, and the dress-up factor makes it feel like an occasion. Families chasing Santa and the classic Christmas parade will still be happier at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Just know which one you're buying before you book.
Tickets open July 9 (resort guests) and July 16 (everyone else). Details accurate as of June 24, 2026.
