Disney has posted the next round of dates for Minnie's Seasonal Dine, the character buffet at Hollywood & Vine in Disney's Hollywood Studios that swaps its theme, décor, and character costumes as the calendar turns. The lineup runs from the current Halloween celebration all the way into spring 2027 — and if you're chasing a specific look, the whole thing comes down to when you book.
Here's the quick orientation if you've never done it: Hollywood & Vine sits over by Echo Lake, it's an all-you-care-to-enjoy buffet, and the draw is the characters — Minnie, Mickey, Goofy, and Pluto make the rounds table to table, dressed for whatever season you've walked into. One change worth knowing since late 2025: the old Disney Junior character breakfast is gone. Minnie's Seasonal Dine now runs at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so the Fab Four are there all day — but if you were counting on Disney Junior pals in the morning, that ship has sailed.
The 2026–2027 Calendar
These are the confirmed dates straight from Disney's own Hollywood & Vine page:
- Minnie's Halloween Dine — running now through November 3, 2026. The gang goes full costume: Witch Minnie, a vampire-styled Mickey, and friends in their spooky best.
- Minnie's Holiday Dine — November 4, 2026 → January 6, 2027. Winter and holiday outfits, a few festive menu additions, and yes — Santa Goofy shows up.
- Minnie's Silver Screen Dine — begins January 7, 2027, running through the spring. Old-Hollywood glitz and glamour; Disney hasn't posted a closing date yet.
- Springtime & Summertime Dine — later in 2027. Disney hasn't released those dates — "check back later" is all that's up for now.
What This Means for Your Trip
The single most useful thing to understand: the food is basically the same buffet year-round. What actually changes season to season is the costumes, the décor, and the dessert spread. So booking a seasonal theme isn't really about a different meal — it's about which photos you want to come home with.
That reframes the whole decision. If the seasonal look matters to you — and for a lot of people the Halloween and Holiday costumes are the entire reason to go — then the dates above are the thing to plan around, and you'll want to be ready at your 60-day dining reservation window. Halloween and Holiday are the crowd-pleasers and the harder gets. Silver Screen is the quiet sleeper: it's the same characters and the same buffet in genuinely charming old-Hollywood outfits, usually with more breathing room on the reservation calendar. If you don't care about the seasonal dressing at all, book whenever's convenient — you'll get the same four characters and the same spread any month of the year.
One honest note on the food itself: reviews are consistent that it's fine, not a destination in its own right. You're paying for the character time, and on that front it delivers — the interactions are relaxed and unrushed, especially at off-peak times. Budget-wise, expect it to run around $64 per adult and $44 per child (ages 3–9), before tax and gratuity, and treat that as a "verify when you book" number since Disney nudges these.

The Halloween, Holiday, and Silver Screen dates above are confirmed on Disney's official page, so you can plan around them. Two things are still open: Silver Screen has no announced end date (it typically runs into spring), and the Springtime and Summertime Dine dates aren't out yet.
