The pool
Luna Park Pool is a carnival-themed splash zone anchored by the 200-foot Keister Coaster waterslide, with a 1920s amusement-park look right down to the elephant statues spouting water. For the days you'd rather not slide, there are two quieter leisure pools tucked around the resort. In an August heat wave, a good hotel pool isn't a nice-to-have — it's the afternoon plan.
The location
You can walk to EPCOT's International Gateway in a few minutes, and walk or catch a Friendship Boat to Hollywood Studios. The honest caveat
Two things to factor in. First, it's a Deluxe resort, so you're paying Deluxe prices for the location and theming. Second, parking is genuinely limited — Disney openly recommends leaning on the resort's transportation instead of driving. Neither is a dealbreaker, but go in knowing the BoardWalk sells convenience and atmosphere at a premium, not a bargain.
