October's restaurant sits on top of the world — or at least on top of the Gran Destino Tower: Toledo — Tapas, Steak & Seafood at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.
What to expect
Spanish-inspired tapas plated from an on-stage kitchen, plus steaks and seafood, served in a dining room with a stained-glass vaulted ceiling and two real olive trees growing right inside. Then there are the windows: Toledo is on the top floor of the tower, so the whole room looks out over Walt Disney World.
Where it is
At the top of Gran Destino Tower, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. It's a monorail-free, slightly off-the-beaten-path resort, which is part of the appeal — this is a destination dinner, not a grab-between-rides meal. Dinner runs Wednesday through Sunday evenings (closed Monday and Tuesday).
Tapas from an open kitchen, olive trees in the dining room, and the whole resort skyline out the window. Book it for an occasion.
Why this one for October
Here's the move: book a table close to sunset and check the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT fireworks schedules. From up there, dinner can come with a distant show — and cooler October evenings make the whole top-of-the-tower experience that much better.
One table, scouted — the room, the view, and the timing.
All 360+ restaurants are in Starlit Magic — filterable by park, dietary need, and dining plan, so you can build a whole trip's worth of reservations without a spreadsheet.
