Disney just released the food and drink lineup for Disney Jollywood Nights, the separately ticketed holiday party at Hollywood Studios on select nights from November 7, 2026 to January 5, 2027. Highlights include the NEW Yuletide Ham Popover, A TWIX on a Classic Pie and the Partysaurus Rex Brookie, plus the returning Birria Taco. Here's everything, location by location.

On the entertainment side, the night brings Disney Holidays in Hollywood with Kermit and Miss Piggy, the "Glisten!" skating show, and the Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! nighttime show - our Jollywood Nights 2026 dates and prices article has the ticket details. Everything below is for event guests on event nights only.

Hollywood Boulevard

The Trolley Car Café keeps it simple with Gingerbread Bites (plant-based). The bigger spread is Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby, a sit-down where Disney recommends reservations. On the food side, the NEW Char-grilled Chicken Yakitori joins Charcuterie, Chorizo Arancini, Hamachi, Jazzy Sliders, Pork Belly Bao, Shrimp Cocktail and a plant-based Tofu Bao. The drink list runs deep: the NEW Cranberry-Jalapeño Margarita leads, with the Spiced Pear Martini, Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate, Vodka Martini, Hollywood Lights, Mocha Espresso Mint-tini, Old Fashioned, Peanut Butter Whiskey Cream and Poinsettia Fizz, plus The Sleigh Bell and a Holiday Mickey Hot Cocoa on the non-alcoholic side.

Sunset Boulevard

Fairfax Fare is where two of the headliners live: the NEW A TWIX on a Classic Pie and the NEW Yuletide Ham Popover, alongside a Holiday Turkey Popover, Eggnog and Eggnog with Whisky, and the Mistletoe Martini. Hollywood Scoops has two sundaes, each in a souvenir cup while supplies last: the NEW Kermit Chocolate-Pistachio Sundae and the Miss Piggy Strawberry Sundae. Up at the Hollywood Tower Hotel, Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club pours Sparkling Pomegranate-Apple Cider and Sparkling Cider (both non-alcoholic), the 1939 Royale and the Top Floor Daiquiri (both in a souvenir champagne flute, while supplies last), and Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut. Near the Tower of Terror exit, Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company has a Peppermint-Tini.

Animation Courtyard

Checkin' It Twice Lounge is all drinks, and mostly new: the NEW Candy Cane Cooler (non-alcoholic), NEW Fizz the Season, NEW Not-So-Hot-Toddy and NEW Snow-hopper, plus the Lump of Coal.

Pixar Plaza

The Market carries another headliner, the NEW Partysaurus Rex Brookie, along with NEW Teriyaki Chicken Pot Stickers, the Bing Bong Candy Lemonade (non-alcoholic), a NEW Caramel-Apple Cider with Moonshine, and the plain Caramel-Apple Cider (non-alcoholic), a returning favorite.

Commissary Lane

ABC Commissary brings back the Birria Taco and surrounds it with the Street Corn Chicken Empanada, Arepas de Choclo, a Cauliflower Taco with plant-based crema, a Christmas Taco Cookie and a Mexican Hot Cocoa Cheesecake. To drink: the NEW Prickly Pear Margarita, the NEW Berry Lime Cheer (non-alcoholic), and a Coquito.

Grand Avenue

Baseline Tap House has Macaroni & Cheese Croquettes and the NEW Merry Mango Shandy. Ice Cold Hydraulics adds the NEW Salted Caramel Mini Churros, two new sodas - the NEW Popcorn Crafted Soda and NEW Churro Crafted Soda (both non-alcoholic) - and Gingerbread Bites (plant-based).

Echo Lake

Backlot Express has the most going on: on the food side, the NEW Blitzen Banana Bread Pudding, a Jolly Jam Slider, plant-based Sleigh Bell Brussels Sprouts, a Sweet Chili Cheer Chicken Slider and a Hickory Holiday Mac; to drink, the NEW Frozen Hot Cocoa (non-alcoholic), a NEW Frozen Hot Cocoa with Creme Liqueur and the NEW Seas and Greetings Colada. Epic Eats has NEW Cookie Butter Croissant Beignets and a Warm Spiced Chai Cocktail. Dinosaur Gertie's Ice Cream of Extinction has a Christmas Gertie Cookie. Tune-In Lounge pours the NEW Bauble & Bright (in a souvenir cup while supplies last) and the NEW Tinsel Twist, plus the Holiday Dill-light, In Holiday Fashion and a Sugar Cookie Martini. And Dockside Diner rounds out the lake with Loaded Samosas, Meatball and Polenta, a Christmas Tree Cookie Stack, a Holiday Mickey Hot Cocoa (non-alcoholic) and a Stroopwafel Bourbon Coffee.

Annual Passholder exclusive

There's a Snack Cart across from Beverly Sunset Boutique with two Annual Passholder-only drinks: the NEW Golden Gimlet and the NEW Golden Cheer (non-alcoholic).

Outdoor vending

Select outdoor vending locations carry the In Holiday Fashion and the Sugar Cookie Martini, plus Gingerbread Bites (plant-based).

Kids Picks

Disney also calls out a Kids Picks list, which is handy if you're planning around the little ones:

What This Means for Your Night

Book the Brown Derby if it's on your list. Disney recommends reservations for Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby, so grab one before the night rather than hoping to walk in.

Souvenir cups go first. The two Hollywood Scoops sundaes, the Tip Top Club flutes and The Bauble & Bright are all "while supplies last," so hit those early in the night.

Plant-based guests have options. The Gingerbread Bites (at three spots), the Tofu Bao, the Sleigh Bell Brussels Sprouts and the Cauliflower Taco with plant-based crema are all labeled by Disney.

What We Know (and Don't)

Known: every item and location above comes from Disney's official foodie guide, published October 28. Not yet: prices haven't been announced. Disney notes that all offerings are subject to change and availability, so check the My Disney Experience app on the night.
